How Peekplay handles cancellations, refunds, damaged items, and order issues.

Private-care product returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used private-care products usually cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is fulfilled. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be available.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible with the order number, email used at checkout, and photos where helpful.
Refund review
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side or required by applicable law.
